Sales Engineer

We are looking for a great addition to our Sales team, who will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to help us close IoT customers globally.

Think of 1oT as the "Tinder" of telecoms. We are transforming the IoT (Internet of Things) industry with a dynamic connectivity service by combining different telecoms on a single eSIM card. This gives our customers the ability to choose the best telecom service for their particular use case or location without having to negotiate with different telecom companies, receive SIMs from different companies, and manage SIMs across different platforms and APIs.

Our customers are global IoT and M2M device makers or service providers, such as e-scooter sharing, fleet management, autonomous vehicles or smart city companies, to name a few. .

Today, 1oT's connectivity services and eSIMs are used in 1.4 million IoT devices in 173 countries.

When joining our team, you'll be:

  • Responsible for the whole sales flow from setting strategy to lead generation, converting the lead to a paying customer and handing it over to the Account Manager;

  • Managing inbound and outbound campaings: setting focus and goals, putting together sales materials, closing & negotiating deals, converting leads to paying customers, etc;

  • Creating long & short lists of leads for outbound campaigns. Managing & setting up email campaigns;

  • Representing 1oT at international conferences & seminars;

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands 1oT’s client base and ensures our strong presence;

  • Participating in product development based on client feedback and market demand.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience;

  • Experience in technical sales or from hardware sector is a big advantage;

  • Desire to learn more about the booming IoT sector, eSIM solutions, and IoT modules;

  • Willingness to learn more about and test new technologies;

  • Excellent self-management skills (deadlines, goals, and responsibilities) - you are on top of your things, micromanagement is not part of our DNA;

  • Good communication skills - open and transparent collaboration internally and externally with customers;

  • Great proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
