Enhanced customer overview

We’ve redesigned the Customer Detail View, ensuring all customer-related information and settings in 1oT Terminal are neatly organized into dedicated tabs. This makes it easier for account managers to navigate and manage customer accounts efficiently.


The updated view now includes:

  • A timeline tab for tracking customer activities throughout the whole lifecycle
  • Structured tabs for account managers to access and configure company-related details
  • A centralized view of invoices, SIM orders, and shipments, now displayed with key summary statistics for each account

Operational improvements

  • SIMs automatically switch to offline when the associated company is set as inactive.
  • New customer creation process now integrates with CRM tools like Pipedrive, automatically pulling customer information into Terminal. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, saves time, and reduces copy-paste errors.
  • VAT information is now validated during customer registration to prevent invoicing errors.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed app permission issues for sub-company accounts
  • Corrected SIM labeling errors during shipment

  • Custom SIM fields – Define custom fields for SIM organization, allowing you to tailor 1oT Terminal to your needs.
  • eSIM API management – Provision and activate eSIM profiles more efficiently with expanded API capabilities.
  • Performance improvements – Faster loading times for the Dashboard and SIMs Overview page.
  • Custom Purchase Order numbers – Salespeople can add custom PO numbers to invoices for better tracking and alignment with your internal processes.
