We’ve redesigned the Customer Detail View, ensuring all customer-related information and settings in 1oT Terminal are neatly organized into dedicated tabs. This makes it easier for account managers to navigate and manage customer accounts efficiently.
The updated view now includes:
A centralized view of invoices, SIM orders, and shipments, now displayed with key summary statistics for each account
VAT information is now validated during customer registration to prevent invoicing errors.
