1oT increases presence in LTE-M with KPN partnership

Mikk Lemberg

Chief Product Officer

Leading global IoT and M2M connectivity provider 1oT is delighted to announce a partnership with KPN. A welcomed addition to 1oT’s connectivity footprint.

KPN is a leading telecommunication and IT provider in the Netherlands with a global footprint.

600+ global roaming partners

With more than ten years of IoT industry experience and as founding members of the IoT World Alliance, KPN strives to offer the best and most reliable global M2M connectivity.

KPN has over 600 global roaming partners. They have 100+ partner networks in Europe alone, which grants access to at least two networks in each country.

KPN’s IoT roaming footprint offers both standard cellular connection and LTE-M, so there is support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and LTE-M roaming coverage with one SIM. Depending on the deployment location, but whenever possible, the SIM would connect on LTE-M. And if LTE-M isn't available, then 2G, 3G, or 4G can be used as a fallback.

Ask for a LTE-M offer

We have written great length about the benefits of Mobile IoT (Narrowband IoT and LTE-M). But to refresh the memory, then LTE-M offers minimized battery consumption and lower data costs.

Thanks to the partnership with KPN, we expand the regions we can guarantee LTE-M. If you have deployments in the following countries, don't wait anymore to get in contact for an LTE-M offer.
