1oT Terminal
Performance improvements
We've significantly improved how 1oT Terminal handles background tasks for dashboard data generation. The time it takes to refresh dashboard data has been reduced from 7 hours to just 3 minutes, giving you faster access to up-to-date insights.
We also introduced the option to hide the SIMs Overview page's summary row. This helps larger accounts improve performance by reducing unnecessary data loading.
eSIM Profile Management API
We're introducing the eSIM Profile Management API, which lets you download and activate eSIM profiles directly — no need to log into 1oT Terminal.
The API includes three new capabilities:
- Trigger eSIM profile transactions
- Fetch eSIM-specific data packages assigned to your company
- Check the status of eSIM profile transactions

Automatically generate final invoices
We've improved the account deactivation process for our telecom customers. Now, when a customer account is set to inactive, 1oT Terminal will automatically generate the final invoice after 24 hours to account for any delayed data session records.
The final invoice email also includes account closure details, making the deactivation and invoicing process clearer and faster.
Minor improvements and bug fixes
- Fixed an issue preventing VAT number edits.
- All changes to IP whitelists are now properly logged in the Audit log.
- Adjusted eSIM profile deactivation logic for Download & Enable function so that only successfully downloaded profiles are activated, and unnecessary deactivations are avoided.
- All emails now link to the correct /settings page instead of the outdated /company URL.
- Resolved an issue with prepayment top-ups.
- Read-only users can now pay invoices when needed.
- Fixed an issue with product name sorting in the SIM inventory.

- Custom SIM Fields – Define custom fields for SIM organization, allowing you to tailor 1oT Terminal to your needs.
- Custom Purchase Order Numbers – Salespeople can add custom PO numbers to invoices for better tracking and alignment with your internal processes.
- eSIM IoT Remote Manager (eIM) user interface – Creating a UI to manage SGP.32 eUICCs and trigger profile downloads. You can see our demo at MWC 2025.
- PayPal Payment Option for US Dollar Transactions: you'll be able to use PayPal through our Stripe integration, providing a more flexible and convenient checkout experience for customers.
