We are looking for an account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. It's a great career move if you want to become a strategic player in a growing company, oversee a portfolio of customers, and generate new business from existing clients.
Our customers are IoT device manufacturers or global service providers, such as e-scooter sharing, fleet management, or smart city companies. 1oT's cellular connectivity service allows them to connect their devices to the internet globally without dealing with several service providers. Our customers get one SIM card, one connectivity management platform, and one invoice, no matter how many devices they deploy. Today, 400 companies use 1oT's connectivity services in 3 million IoT devices in 173 countries.
The position is based in Tartu (our R&D hub) or Tallinn (HQ).
What you'll do:
- Be the main point of contact for matters related to your accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Escalate things internally with relevant teams and run customer-related projects.
- Represent 1oT at international conferences and seminars.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in product development based on client feedback and market demand.

- Experience with CRM (Pipedrive is a plus).
