1oTeam is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations, schedules and communications of our CEO and other executives. Your job would be to help us with a lot of things, so in a few months after you start, we probably will not know how we survived without you.
Our two offices (in Tallinn and Tartu) and an ambitious team welcome you to help us revolutionise the IoT sector.
You will take care of day-to-day administrative tasks - processing documents, organising and documenting meetings, and helping our team with travel arrangements;
Office management tasks in Tallinn and Tartu;
Support the recruitment process by organising interviews and helping with communication;
Help with HR tasks by onboarding new employees and scheduling performance appraisal meetings;
Help with internal communication, organising team events and celebrations.
We believe you will fit right into this position and be successful if you:
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
You are very well organised and work proactively;
Are good with people and have excellent listening and communication skills;
Are results oriented and set clear goals for yourself
Have a desire to learn more about HR;
