Legal Counsel
The 1oTeam is looking for its first-ever Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance and advice when dealing with our IoT customers and telecom partners. Your job would be to help us navigate through legal matters and close deals with new customers with ease. You’d be working alongside our Sales, Carrier, and Licensing teams and closely with our CEO and CPO. Our two offices (in Tallinn & Tartu) and an ambitious team welcome you to help us revolutionize the IoT connectivity sector.
Your day-to-day:

Licensing business line: being the key negotiator and legal architect when it comes to licensing our software to large enterprises and telecom operators. You would also lead large tenders.

Connectivity business line: helping negotiate with larger IoT customers who wish to purchase our connectivity service. Solving any legal matters regarding existing and potential new customers.

Being in charge of the whole legal framework and documentation of 1oT business: NDAs, employee & partner & customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Supporting the CEO and CPO with new business lines, communication, and processes from the legal perspective.
We believe you’ll fit right in and succeed in the position if you:
have at least 2 years of experience in the field
have a Bachelor’s degree in Law
have good communication and negotiation skills in English
are results-driven in your decision-making and set clear goals for yourself
want to learn more about IoT connectivity business and software licensing
- are a self-starter with great problem-solving skills.
